White Bull Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with hands-on US Accounting experience to join our accounting team in Ahmedabad.

The role involves managing accounting activities for US clients, maintaining accurate financial records, handling month-end closing, performing reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. We are looking for someone who understands US accounting processes, can independently manage accounting tasks, and consistently delivers accurate work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day US Accounting activities for assigned clients.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Perform bank, credit card, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and review financial statements, profit and loss reports,



and balance sheets.
• Apply US GAAP principles and ensure accurate accounting treatment.
• Review transactions, investigate discrepancies, and resolve accounting issues.
• Analyze account balances and investigate unusual fluctuations.
• Prepare financial schedules and management reports for US clients.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal team members and clients to resolve pending queries.
• Ensure accounting deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
• Review accounting work and guide junior team members when required.

Requirements• Hands-on US Accounting experience is mandatory.
• Robust understanding of US GAAP and US accounting practices.
