Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Strategist to build our brand presence and lead integrated digital marketing across paid and organic channels. You will manage performance marketing, SEO and ASO, lead the marketing, CRM and SEO teams, and work with external agencies to deliver measurable growth.





Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, positioning and strategies to strengthen brand presence
• Plan, monitor and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Google Ads
• Manage and scale campaign budgets, including niche, high-budget campaigns, with a focus on lead quality, conversions and ROI
• Drive SEO and App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve organic visibility, traffic, rankings and app growth
• Create and review content on equity markets, mutual funds, trading, personal finance and investments, including landing pages, ad copy, scripts and social media content
• Coordinate with external agencies for performance marketing, SEO and other marketing activities
• Prepare and analyse marketing MIS reports covering campaign performance, leads, traffic, conversions and key KPIs
