Role Description The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Ipsaa center in Gandhinagar in a full time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing staff schedules and performance, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining a child-friendly environment. The Center Manager will coordinate with parents, handle inquiries and admissions, and ensure that programs and activities run smoothly and on time.



The role also involves monitoring center budgets, maintaining records, and implementing policies and procedures in line with Ipsaa’s standards. The Center Manager will collaborate with educators and support staff to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising teams in an educational or childcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, families, and staff.
• Organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and basic budgeting.
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements within a childcare environment.
