About the RoleWe are looking for an Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through their higher education options and help them make informed decisions about online undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered in collaboration with reputed universities.

Key Responsibilities• Student Counselling: Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals and education requirements to recommend suitable programs.
• Admission Guidance: Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures and admission procedures clearly.
• Lead Engagement: Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups to address their queries and support their decision-making.
• Application Support: Guide students through the application, documentation and enrollment process.
• Relationship Management:



Maintain regular communication with prospective students and ensure a smooth counselling experience.
• Target Achievement: Work towards assigned admission targets while maintaining a student-focused approach.
• CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups and admission progress.

Requirements• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to understand student needs and explain information clearly.
• Freshers may apply; experience in education counselling, EdTech or admissions will be an advantage.
