Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajmer for a senior professional in business development, vendor development, and tendering, preferably from heavy fabrication, bridge girders, PEB, railway structures,



and infrastructure subcontracting backgrounds. The role involves identifying and developing recent business opportunities with EPC contractors, infrastructure companies, railways, and industrial clients, as well as nurturing existing customer relationships. Daily tasks include prospecting and lead generation, preparing techno-commercial proposals, coordinating tender submissions, and managing bid documentation in line with company capabilities and standards. The professional will also be responsible for developing and onboarding vendors for fabrication, raw materials, and subcontracted services, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring quality and delivery commitments are met.
