Job SummaryCOER University is looking for a proactive and target-oriented skilled responsible for developing corporate relationships, bringing companies to campus, and generating employment and internship opportunities for students.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and connect with HR heads, recruiters, and corporate organizations.
• Generate placement opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Bring new companies to campus for recruitment drives.
• Build long-term corporate partnerships for placements and internships.
• Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and student selection processes.
• Understand employer requirements and share suitable student profiles.
• Maintain corporate databases and placement reports.




• Achieve targets for new recruiters and placement opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills• Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA in Marketing or HR preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, recruitment, or campus placements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and LinkedIn.
• Candidates with strong corporate connections and a proven record of generating business or recruitment opportunities will be preferred.
