Role Description This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Professional role based in Pune City. The role involves advising clients on residential and investment properties, conducting site visits, and presenting suitable options in line with client preferences and budget.



The Real Estate Professional will manage end-to-end client interactions, including lead follow-up, property shortlisting, negotiations, and coordination through to closing. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, developer projects, and regulatory requirements, as well as preparing basic documentation and reports. The role also requires collaboration with developers and internal team members to ensure accurate information, smooth transactions, and a high standard of client service.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with knowledge of local market trends and residential projects.
• Experience in Sales within the real estate sector, including lead management, property presentations, and deal closure.
• Background in Real Estate Development or exposure to project lifecycle, approvals, and developer coordination.
