About The Role

You’ll support two things: keeping shipped modules improving, and giving our new planning and optimization work a strong research base. You’ll do UI design and iterations,



and you’ll turn messy research into short, clear outputs that people on the team will actually read.

What You’ll Do

• Design and iterate on screens for live modules (tables, filters, drawers, forms, detail pages, states and edge cases) in Figma
• Work from our design system, so every screen uses existing components, tokens, and spacing
• Run desk research on logistics, fleet and freight workflows, regulations, and competing products
• Synthesize research into concise outputs: one-page briefs, competitor teardowns, insight summaries, and “so what for design” notes
• Help prepare and run user interviews and usability sessions with dispatchers, fleet managers, and ops teams (scheduling, note-taking, synthesis)
• Review shipped screens and flag inconsistencies, unmapped styles, or gaps against the design system
• Write clear UI copy (labels, empty states, error messages, modal text) with consistent terminology
