Through TAP Hire, we support recruitment operations from role intake and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, offer support, and joining handoff.

Role OverviewWe are looking for motivated Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations Interns to support technical and non-technical recruitment activities.
The internship provides supervised, practical exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, recruitment coordination, candidate engagement, and hiring workflow management.

Key Responsibilities• Understand job descriptions, mandatory skills, experience requirements, and hiring criteria.
• Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, qualified networks, and approved sourcing channels.




• Review resumes against role requirements and prepare initial suitability observations.
• Assist with preliminary candidate screening using approved screening questions.
• Collect and verify relevant candidate information, including experience, skills, location, notice period, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and pipeline records.
• Support candidate shortlisting documentation and profile submission preparation.
• Track candidate movement through recruitment stages.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment activity reports.
• Follow confidentiality, candidate consent, and data-handling procedures.

Skills & Qualifications• Students, recent graduates, or candidates interested in HR, recruitment, business administration, or related areas.
