Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for scaling revenue through performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities• Handle end-to-end performance marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter), Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Create comprehensive media plans, budget allocation strategies, and revenue-focused campaign structures.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and other key KPIs.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research,



and market research before campaign launches.
• Build campaign structures, ad groups, audience segments, and remarketing strategies.
• Develop full-funnel marketing strategies (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, and Retargeting).
• Perform landing page analysis and provide CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Work closely with the design, content, development, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and UTM parameters.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all marketing channels.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
