We are looking for a proactive and research-oriented Conference Producer to join our Mumbai team and contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality business conferences and summits.

Key Responsibilities
• Research industry trends and identify relevant conference topics and themes.
• Develop conference agendas, session formats, and panel discussions.
• Identify, approach,



and coordinate with senior executives and industry experts as speakers.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and delegate profiles.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align conference content with sponsorship opportunities.
• Monitor competitor conferences and industry developments.
• Manage multiple conference projects and ensure timely content development.

Requirements
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in conference production, B2B events, business research, or content development.
• Strong research, analytical, and content-development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in approaching and engaging senior-level professionals and industry experts.
• Ability to develop compelling conference agendas and identify relevant speakers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and online re
