We’re Hiring: Graphic Design Intern (Brand & Communications)

? Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi (4 days in office, 2 days work from home)
⏳ Duration: 3-month paid internship, with an opportunity to join as a permanent employee on successful completion
? Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (permanent role at a market-competitive salary package)

We are looking for a creative, self-motivated designer to build and maintain JKCL’s visual identity across all brand and company communications. As we operate in a regulated industry, designs must follow applicable regulations and brand guidelines.
Selection Process
• Shortlisting based on resume and portfolio
• The top 3 candidates will receive a design task
• The best submission will be offered the paid internship

Key Responsibilities
• Create brand Product designs, including brand identity elements, product visuals and packaging support
• Design all company communications:



presentations, internal notices, brochures, POSM, event and social media creatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements (e.g. mandatory health warnings where applicable)
• Work with the digital marketing team on content needs and turnaround timelines

Candidate Profile
• Student or recent graduate in graphic design, visual communication or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; Canva and CorelDRAW a plus
• A strong portfolio (mandatory)
• Good sense of typography, layout and brand aesthetics
• Self-motivated, able to take feedback and meet deadlines
