The Opportunity
Every title we launch needs outstanding visuals, and our audience sees them first on social feeds, the app, and the web. As Associate – Graphics, you will design the posters, banners, thumbnails, and campaign creatives that make people stop scrolling and press play. You will work closely with marketing, content, and growth teams, and use AI tools to move faster without losing the hoichoi look.

• Design social posts, banners, thumbnails, and posters for every title launch, so each campaign goes live on time and on brand.
• Turn rough briefs from marketing, content, and growth teams into clean designs within the agreed turnaround.
• Build and update layouts in Figma for the app, web, and campaigns, so designs stay consistent across platforms.
• Create design variations for testing,

and work with the growth team to find which creatives get more clicks and views.
• Use AI tools to explore ideas and speed up first drafts, then refine each piece by hand so it stays original and on brand.
• Own the hoichoi brand system in your daily work, so every asset looks like it comes from one team.
• Prepare and deliver final files in the right sizes and formats for every platform, with no back-and-forth.
• Take feedback quickly and finish revisions fast, so launches are never held up by design.
