1. Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Manager- Electrical to manage the complete electrical engineering function for a utility-scale Hybrid Renewable Energy Project comprising Solar PV, Wind Power, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), pooling/substation facilities, transmission lines and associated electrical infrastructure.

The Electrical Manager will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical leadership covering electrical system design, engineering calculations,



equipment selection, technical specifications, design review, technical document vetting, grid interconnection, protection and control, electrical studies, tender technical evaluation, engineering coordination, construction support, testing & commissioning and technical compliance.

The role will act as the key electrical engineering interface between the owner/developer, EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, transmission utilities, DISCOM/STU/CTU, grid authorities and other project stakeholders, ensuring that the complete electrical system is technically robust, secure, reliable, compliant with applicable standards/grid requirements and optimised for project performance and cost.
