Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Trainee (Pre-Sales) in India within the ed-tech domain. The role involves engaging with prospective learners and guardians, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting Bhanzu’s programs and value propositions.



The trainee will support lead generation activities, qualify incoming leads, and schedule consultations or demos for the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up with leads through calls, emails, and messages, and providing prompt, courteous customer service. The role also requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine outreach strategies and share insights from learner interactions.
