Role Summary- Leads all MDR SOC operations: strategy, workforce planning, performance metrics, escalation handling and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities-

• Provide direction and oversight to SOC Managers and Leads
• Define and enforce SOC policies, standards and best practices
• Lead workforce planning and resource allocation
• Track SOC KPIs and service quality
• Drive continuous improvement in detection and response
• Oversee incident handling and escalation efficiency
• Partner with Engineering, Threat Intelligence and Product
• Serve as senior escalation authority for critical incidents

Qualifications-

• 13–18 years SOC or IR experience, 3+ in senior leadership
• Proven management of multi-team or multi-site SOC operations
• Bachelor's in Cybersecurity/IS or related (Master's preferred)
• Executive certification (CISSP, CISM, CCISO) strongly preferred
• Robust leadership and communication; MDR delivery and client service

Nice to Have- Master's degree
