Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Vadodara and involves partnering with leadership to develop HR policies, procedures, and programs that support business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing hiring processes, conducting interviews, coordinating orientation and training,



and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records. The HR Manager will address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and lead initiatives related to engagement, retention, and organizational development. The role also includes working on compensation and benefits coordination, HR reporting, and continuous improvement of HR practices.

• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
