Role:
We are looking for a target-driven BDE to generate leads, drive solar sales, develop customer/vendor relationships, and achieve business targets in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals & partners
• Conduct customer visits and close sales
• Onboard EPC vendors, dealers & channel partners
• Manage follow-ups, negotiations & customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for project completion
Requirements:
✔️ 1–5 years in Field Sales / B2B / B2C / Channel Sales
✔️ Solar / Renewable / Electrical / Construction experience preferred
✔️ Robust communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Willingness to travel
✔️ Immediate joiners preferred
