We’re Looking for an HR Recruiter Intern | Fresher / 0–1 Year Experience | Bangalore

Are you looking to kick-start your career in Human Resources? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our team in Bangalore. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate screening, and other HR activities.

Location: Bangalore
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment for various departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Support/Tech.
Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes, shortlist profiles, and conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.




Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
Make 60–70 calls daily to connect with candidates and identify suitable profiles.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress and hiring metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and support recruitment activities.

Requirements
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable making 60–70 calls per day.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals is an added advantage.
Must be based in Bangalore and comfortable working from the office.
Available to join immediately and commit to the three-month internship period.
