Role OverviewResponsible for monitoring field sales productivity, dealer engagement, digital leads, telecaller performance, and customer feedback to improve accountability and battery installations.

Key Responsibilities• Field Team Monitoring: Monitor attendance and field activity using approved systems. Conduct random video calls and verification checks, subject to applicable laws and company policy.
• Lead Generation: Track daily employee-wise leads, especially for new hires. Verify lead quality, eliminate duplicates, and monitor targets.
• Dealer Visits: Track daily dealer visits, verify reported visits through calls, CRM records, and other authorized checks, and monitor repeat visits and business outcomes.
• Dealer Follow-ups: Independently call or video-call dealers to verify field activity, follow up on business opportunities, and collect dealer feedback.
• Digital Marketing Leads: Ensure timely follow-up of Facebook, Instagram,



website, and WhatsApp leads. Verify customer contact, lead quality, and conversion status.
• Customer Feedback: Conduct post-installation feedback calls, record complaints, and coordinate their resolution.
• Telecaller Monitoring: Track daily calls, connected calls, unique leads contacted, follow-ups, and call quality using authorized reports.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly dashboards covering leads, dealer visits, calls, installations, conversion rates, and employee productivity. Coordinate with HR and Sales on hiring status and current-hire performance.
