Job Purpose
To manage relationships with prospective and existing parents, drive admission enquiries and conversions, and ensure effective communication, timely resolution of concerns, strong parent engagement, and a positive overall parent experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage admission enquiries received through calls, walk-ins, digital channels, referrals, and other sources.
Understand prospective parents' requirements and provide effective admission counselling on the school's curriculum, programs, facilities, and offerings.
Conduct campus visits, counselling sessions, presentations, and regular follow-ups with prospective parents.
Manage assigned admission leads and drive enquiry-to-admission conversion through structured and timely follow-ups.
Coordinate the admission process and ensure a smooth transition from enquiry to enrolment and onboarding.
Serve as a key point of contact for existing parents and maintain strong skilled relationships.
Respond to parent queries and concerns promptly and coordinate appropriate resolutions with relevant departments.
Track, manage,



and escalate parent grievances where required, ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct parent satisfaction calls, collect feedback, and identify opportunities to improve the parent experience.
Coordinate parent communication through ERP/CRM, WhatsApp, email, SMS, circulars, and other approved channels.
Coordinate orientations, PTMs, campus events, workshops, Coffee with Principal, appreciation programs, and parent engagement initiatives.
Support student retention initiatives through regular parent engagement and timely identification of concerns.
Maintain accurate admission, parent, enquiry, follow-up, grievance, feedback, and engagement records in the ERP/CRM.
Prepare regular reports covering admission pipeline, conversions, parent concerns, feedback, satisfaction, and engagement activities.
