Position: Delivery Associate
Work Mode: Remote
As a Delivery Associate you will be responsible for managing clients and executing training programs to ensure successful outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining client relationships, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring smooth program execution. You will work closely with internal teams to meet client expectations and contribute to the overall success of our training initiatives.
Requirements for the role:• Candidates with 2–3 years of experience, as well as enthusiastic freshers with a keen interest in the role, are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the training or education sector, is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
