Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in the Greater Surat Area. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer queries across channels, provide timely and accurate information about Vision360’s products, and ensure a smooth support experience for both B2B and B2C clients. Daily responsibilities include responding to service requests, troubleshooting basic technical issues,



guiding customers through product features, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of interactions, following up to ensure resolution, and contributing to continuous improvement of support workflows. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales, technical, and product teams to reinforce customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
• Experience driving Customer Satisfaction through explicit communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage Online Support channels such as email, chat, and ticketing systems with professionalism and accuracy.
