We're looking for someone who's a borderline maniac about product quality, performance and experience.
Our philosophy? If a familiar format works, respect it and make the formula exceptional. If there's a genuine need nobody has addressed, think beyond what's trending and invent something that deserves to exist.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Turn consumer insights into intelligent product and packaging innovations.
• Work with formulators, R&D; labs, manufacturers and packaging partners.
• Drive prototypes, sampling, testing, refinements and development through to launch.
• Build for Indian realities,
diverse skin needs and actual consumer behaviour.
• Question every detail, reject mediocrity and keep pushing until the product is exceptional.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in beauty, personal care, cosmetic R&D;, new product development or packaging innovation.
• Someone who's actually built products, understands formulation and packaging, has strong technical curiosity and refuses to settle for average.
