Role Overview
We are looking for a Channel Partnerships Manager to drive business growth through strategic distribution and channel partnerships. The role will focus on identifying, onboarding, activating, and scaling partners who can originate and distribute lending products, particularly Loan Against Securities (LAS) and Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF).
The ideal candidate should have experience in channel sales, lending distribution, fintech, wealth management, broking, or financial services and be comfortable owning partner relationships from acquisition through activation and ongoing revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard recent channel and distribution partners, including wealth managers, brokers, financial advisors, fintech platforms, DSAs and other relevant financial intermediaries.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential partners for LAS/LAMF and other capital-markets lending products.
Own the complete partner lifecycle—from prospecting,



commercial discussions and onboarding to activation and ongoing business generation.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers and become the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners.
Drive loan origination and disbursement volumes through activated partners.
Work closely with partners to understand their customer base and identify opportunities to increase product penetration.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions and partner enablement initiatives.
Develop partner-specific sales strategies, campaigns and engagement programs to improve activation and conversion.
Track partner performance across leads, applications, sanctions, disbursements and revenue.
Identify inactive or underperforming partners and implement initiatives to improve productivity.
Coordinate internally with Product, Operations, Credit, Technology and Support teams to ensure smooth partner and customer journeys.
