Role Description The Brand Designer is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role involves developing and executing brand visuals across packaging, digital assets, social media, campaigns, and in-store materials to maintain a consistent brand identity. The Brand Designer will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts, mood boards, and design systems. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics, refining brand guidelines, preparing design files for production,



and iterating on visual concepts based on feedback and performance data. The role also requires staying current with beauty, design, and cultural trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Brand Identity and Brand Design, with experience shaping and maintaining a cohesive visual brand system.
• Demonstrated ability in Visual Design and Branding, including creating layouts, color palettes, typography systems, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design, using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) for digital and print assets.
• Experience designing for consumer brands, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion.
• Ability to translate strategic briefs into clear visual concepts and work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand and visual design work; formal design education or equivalent prac
