Job Summary

Sri Suprabhatham Builder is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive residential property sales, manage customer enquiries, generate leads, and build strong relationships with prospective buyers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide information about residential projects.
• Present project specifications, amenities, pricing, and booking procedures to prospective buyers.
• Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and leads to improve sales conversions.
• Negotiate with customers and facilitate successful sales bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer records, lead databases, and sales reports.




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Solid verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
• Strong follow-up, presentation, and lead-management skills.
• Ability to work toward sales targets and business objectives.
• Experience in real estate, residential property sales, or apartment sales is preferred.
