Location: Peenya, Bengaluru
Experience: 5–10 years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead service engineers and manage customer complaints and breakdowns.
• Handle installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of welding machines and automation systems.
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, electrical panel, sensor, drive and control system issues.
• Support welding trials, root cause analysis and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure timely service resolution, customer satisfaction and proper service documentation.
• Coordinate service planning, spares and customer training.

Requirements
• Hands-on experience in industrial automation, PLCs and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience in machine service and commissioning.
• Valuable team leadership and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel across India.
• Resistance welding experience is an added advantage.
