Role Overview:
We are hiring multiple International Distributor Channel Partners Account Management Executives to build, expand, and manage distributor relationships across international regions. This role owns the end-to-end distributor lifecycle, from market mapping and partner identification through onboarding, enablement, performance management, and growth.
The ideal candidate brings solid channel development experience in diagnostics or adjacent life-science domains and can independently drive partner strategy, negotiations, and execution across diverse geographies.
Key Responsibilities:




• Own and execute distributor expansion strategy across assigned international (ROW) markets aligned with BioGenex priorities.

• Identify, map, and prioritize target distributors using structured market analysis and segmentation.

• Lead distributor solicitation, shortlisting, and qualification based on coverage, technical capability, service readiness, financial strength, compliance, and strategic fit.

• Manage partner engagement end-to-end: discovery discussions, evaluation, internal alignment, and final selection.

• Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements, including territory definitions, pricing and margins, payment terms, performance metrics, marketing commitments, and service responsibilities.

• Coordinate distributor onboarding, including training, sales enablement, marketing launch plans, and cross-functional alignment.
