Position Summary:
We are looking for a confident, detail-oriented, and communication-savvy Associate to join our Billing Desk team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, with hands-on exposure to contract-based billing, invoicing, payment processing, and cash application.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, processing customer payments, maintaining financial records, and coordinating with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment-related discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Order-to-Cash (O2C): Support the end-to-end O2C process, ensuring accurate billing and timely processing of transactions.
• Contract-Based Billing: Prepare and validate customer bills in accordance with contractual terms, pricing, billing schedules, and agreed payment conditions.




• Invoicing: Generate, review, and process invoices while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Payment Processing: Process customer payments accurately and maintain updated payment records.
• Cash Application: Apply incoming customer payments against the appropriate invoices and reconcile payment records.
• Reconciliation: Identify and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding billing queries, payment discrepancies, and invoice-related concerns.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update trackers, and prepare billing and payment status reports.
• Process Compliance: Follow established financial controls, billing policies, and process guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in O2C
