Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and exit processes, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Executive will support employee relations activities such as handling queries, facilitating conflict resolution,



and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture. The role also includes implementing HR initiatives, coordinating performance management cycles, assisting with recruitment processes, and collaborating with leadership to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
Qualifications
• Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HR systems, and basic payroll or attendance coordination.
