About the RoleGauri Ltd is looking for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex enterprise Salesforce transformation programmes.
The ideal candidate must have 10–15 years of overall Salesforce experience, with solid expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM). The candidate should have a proven track record of designing scalable enterprise solutions, leading architecture decisions, managing complex integrations, and delivering end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Product-to-Cash transformation initiatives.
This role requires a hands-on solution architect who can translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and international clients.




Key Responsibilities• Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM).
• Design and implement enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and architectural best practices.
• Lead Salesforce Revenue Cloud/RLM implementation, transformation, and migration programmes, including Salesforce CPQ to RLM transitions where applicable.
• Architect end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Product-to-Cash business processes.
• Design solutions covering product catalogues, product configuration, pricing, quoting, contracts, order management, billing, and revenue operations.
• Develop pricing strategies and models, including tiered, volume-based, discount-based, and usage-based pricing.
• Define integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise platforms such as SAP, MuleSoft, SAP Integration Suite, and third-p
