Responsible for quantity take off (BOM & BOQ) for commercial proposals

Responsible for providing accurate, competitive quotations to customers·

• Received line drawings & Specifications from Design
• Evaluate project scope, specifications & conditions
• Generate accurate BOQ, BOM & Cost Sheets
• Check and evaluate all product specifications
• Execute scope wise quantity take off for the project
• Execute revisions in quantities and costing
• Check final drawings and details from Design team for quantities
• Finalise material quantities for the project
• Forward fabrication indent to Procurement
• Forward fabrication drawings to fabrication vendor
• Raise all material indent to Procurement
• Process all Project Sales related document
• Prepare internal indent for fabrication products
• Prepare & forward dispatch note to warehouse.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support Design and Projects team with required inputs
• 5-10 years’ experience in generating accurate quantities, commercial proposals, cost sheet in fabrication & building material industry
