VCI Chemical Industries is seeking an experienced General Manager – Operations to lead and oversee operational activities for its coal tar distillation plant at Jajpur, Odisha. The role will be based at the Kanpur Head Office and will involve close coordination with plant leadership to ensure protected, efficient, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall plant operations, production planning, and performance monitoring.
• Drive process optimization, productivity improvement, yield enhancement, and cost control.
• Monitor key operating parameters, product quality, equipment reliability, and plant performance.
