The Role :
DTS is building India's technology-led campus hiring business. EzUniHire, our campus hiring platform, connects corporates with universities and runs campus drives from requisition to joining. We need one leader to own the whole thing: the revenue, the clients, the university network, the delivery and the platform.
You will run Campus Hiring as your own business line with full P&L; ownership, and make EzUniHire the reason clients choose GTS and keep coming back. This is not a recruitment-manager role or a pure product role. It is both in one seat.
You will lead the campus business team and work directly with the EzUniHire technology and design team.

What You Will Own
1. Revenue & Growth Grow the business
• Own the P&L; for the Campus vertical,



including revenue delivered through EzUniHire.
• Build the annual business plan across campus, graduate, internship, apprenticeship and early-career programs.
• Track pipeline, conversion, margins and collections and turn them into a predictable revenue engine.

2. Clients Win and grow accounts
• Win new corporate clients by selling to CHROs, TA heads and campus hiring leaders, running the full cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Turn client needs (roles, skills, volumes, timelines) into solutions, proposals and live mandates on EzUniHire.
• Own key relationships, onboard and train clients on the platform, and drive renewals, repeat seasons and referrals.

3. Delivery & University Ecosystem Deliver the hires
• Own delivery end to end, from requisition, sourcing and assessment through drives, offers and joining, against agreed TAT, quality and volume.
