Role Description The HR Executive role at LIVXS is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, offering a compensation range of 10–15k. The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes. The role involves coordinating interviews, managing attendance and leave data,



and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The HR Executive will also support employee engagement initiatives, assist in payroll inputs, and collaborate with management to address basic employee concerns. This position requires close interaction with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth HR processes and a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess core HR operations skills, including employee records management, attendance and leave tracking, and basic payroll support.
