Role Description
The Operations Intern role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru at Teknowgrade Pvt. Ltd.The intern will support day-to-day operations, including coordinating classes and schedules, assisting with student onboarding, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Responsibilities include managing internal processes, tracking program performance, preparing reports,



and collaborating with mentors and staff to ensure the smooth execution of academic and training activities.

The intern will also handle post-sales activities, including following up with enrolled students, coordinating onboarding and program access, addressing student queries, tracking learner progress, and coordinating with mentors and internal teams to ensure a smooth learning experience. The role also involves supporting cross-functional projects, contributing to process improvements, and providing operational support for events, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor operational metrics, and support decision-making.
Effective communication skills to interact with learners, mentors, and internal teams and convey information clearly.
Sales and stakeholder engagement skills to support enrollment activities, follow up with learners, and build positive relationships with students
