Role Description As an Academic Counsellor at BrightCHAMPS, you will support learners and their families in making informed academic and course-related decisions aligned with their interests and goals. In this full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru, you will conduct counseling sessions, explain program offerings, and guide learners toward appropriate pathways in coding, financial literacy, math, robotics, and other skill-based courses. You will assess student needs, track progress, and collaborate with instructors and support teams to ensure a positive learning experience. The role includes handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions, and providing timely follow-ups to enhance learner engagement and outcomes. You will contribute to improving counseling processes and provide feedback to academic and product teams to strengthen BrightCHAMPS’ learning ecosystem.
