Role Description The Customer Care Executive – Aanganshobha Interior will handle day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the design/execution teams in the Pune Division. This full-time, on-site role involves responding to inquiries, managing follow-ups, coordinating appointments, and tracking project-related updates to maintain high customer satisfaction. The executive will assist in explaining services, warranties,



and processes, address concerns proactively, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. The role also includes supporting basic sales activities such as lead nurturing, sharing proposals, and helping customers make informed decisions about interior solutions.
Qualifications
• Strong customer support and customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication abilities, including transparent spoken and written communication.
• Basic sales skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
• Ability to manage multiple customer cases, maintain organized records, and work collaboratively with internal teams.
• Comfort working on-site in Pune Division, with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles; experience in interiors, real estate, or related fields is an advantage.
