KwikShop (D2C as a Service) is a growth-focused initiative at GoKwik, built to help D2C and eCommerce brands unlock incremental growth through the GoKwik ecosystem.

As Manager – Sales, you will own the new-business sales charter for KwikShop. This role sits at the intersection of B2B sales, D2C commerce, consultative selling, and business growth.

You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, engaging with founders and senior decision-makers, understanding their business and growth challenges, positioning KwikShop as a solution, and driving deals from first conversation to closure.





This is a high-ownership sales role where you will not just sell a product—you will be expected to understand how a D2C business makes money, identify opportunities, build a robust commercial case, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.

What You’ll Own

New Business & Revenue

• Own the new-business revenue target for KwikShop and consistently deliver against monthly and quarterly goals.
• Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, GoKwik relationships, referrals, partnerships, and industry networks.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to pitching, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential D2C and eCommerce brands based on business potential, GMV, growth stage, and fit.

Consultative & Enterprise Selling

• Engage with founders, CEOs, CMOs, and senior eCommerce/Growth leaders to understand their business and growth c
