We're looking for a Business Development Associate (Fresher to 2 years of experience) who enjoys researching prospects, starting meaningful conversations, and connecting with business leaders to understand their challenges. You'll own the top of the sales funnel by identifying target accounts, generating leads, reaching out across multiple channels, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for the sales team and founders. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a successful career in B2B technology sales, learn consultative selling, and grow quickly in a quick-paced startup environment.
Role Description:
• Research and build targeted prospect lists across industries for our AI solutions.
• Identify and engage decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other outbound channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding business challenges, use cases, budgets, and timelines.
• Learn our AI product portfolio and communicate how our solutions solve real business problems.
• Schedule qualified meetings,



product demonstrations, and discovery calls for the sales team and founders.
• Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
• Track outreach activities, conversion metrics, and continuously improve prospecting performance.
• Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to support product and marketing teams.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:
• Fresher to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Success, or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in B2B technology sales are encouraged to apply.
