About the Role
Kapsons Group is looking for a data-driven, analytical and growth-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to lead
paid advertising initiatives across our growing e-commerce ecosystem. You will manage the customer journey from
discovery to conversion and retention, with a focus on revenue growth, customer acquisition efficiency and profitability.
The ideal candidate has hands-on Meta and Google Ads experience and an interest in emerging discovery channels
such as Pinterest and AI-powered experiences including ChatGPT.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meta Advertising (Facebook & Instagram)
• Plan, execute and optimise conversion campaigns, including prospecting, retargeting, catalogue ads and Advantage+
Shopping.
• Build audience strategies and creative testing frameworks; monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and conversions.
• Collaborate with creative teams on performance-oriented advertising assets.
2. Google Ads & Shopping
• Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and remarketing campaigns.
• Optimise Google Merchant Center product feeds, keywords,



bidding and campaign budgets.
• Identify and scale profitable acquisition opportunities.
3. Pinterest Advertising
• Explore Pinterest as a fashion and lifestyle product-discovery channel.
• Test campaign formats, product catalogues and conversion strategies; assess scaling potential.
4. AI-Powered Marketing & ChatGPT Discovery
• Explore AI-driven product discovery, conversational commerce and product visibility in AI search experiences.
• Use ChatGPT and AI tools for research, audience insights, campaign ideation and workflow efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging AI advertising opportunities as platform capabilities evolve.
5. Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
• Monitor GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API integrations.
• Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and attribution; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
