About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain skilled with at least 4 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, ERP systems, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage supply chain activities while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
The candidate will be responsible for driving procurement efficiency, optimizing costs, ensuring timely material availability, maintaining accurate ERP records, and leading operational improvements across the supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Vendor Management
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, RFQs, quotation comparisons, vendor selection, purchase order creation, and delivery follow-ups.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors based on quality, pricing, reliability, and delivery performance.




• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve procurement-related escalations.

2. Supply Chain & Inventory Operations
• Oversee inventory planning, stock availability, material movement, order fulfillment, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), invoices, and discrepancies.
• Identify supply chain bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and operational risks.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels while reducing excess stock and avoidable costs.
