Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will engage directly with customers, provide product consultations, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience that reflects Silphony’s luxury positioning. Responsibilities include driving store sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing inquiries,



and supporting clients in selecting pieces that align with their personal style and preferences. The role involves handling daily store operations such as inventory checks, visual merchandising support, and coordination with the internal team on orders and customer follow-ups. The Sales Executive will also contribute to brand storytelling, proactively gather customer feedback, and collaborate on sales initiatives and promotions to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or luxury/premium brand sales, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle products.
• Solid customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to offer personalized product recommendations and handle high-value clients with professionalism.
