Animall Technologies is looking for an experienced Agronomy Trainer to join our team in a Work From Home role. The candidate will train our team on agronomy and crops grown in Uttar Pradesh to improve their field knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions on agronomy and crop practices followed in Uttar Pradesh
• Cover crop cycles, sowing and harvesting seasons, nutrient management, pest and disease management and common field problems
• Prepare training material in PPT and Excel/Google Sheets
• Keep training content updated with the latest agricultural practices
• Assess the team's learning and share feedback
Requirements:
• B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture (compulsory)
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in agronomy or agri field work
• Strong knowledge of crops grown in Uttar Pradesh
• Valuable skills in PPT and Excel/Google Sheets
• Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
• Must be based in Uttar Pradesh
