Role Description The Business Development Associate – International Market (WFH) is a full-time remote role focused on driving growth across global regions. In this role, the associate identifies and qualifies new international leads, builds strong relationships with partners, schools,



and parents, and promotes Bhanzu’s math learning solutions in key markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, managing outreach campaigns, preparing and delivering tailored presentations, and coordinating demos or discovery calls with prospective clients. The associate collaborates closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, gather feedback from international prospects, and contribute to regional go-to-market strategies. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking performance against targets, and sharing regular progress reports with internal stakeholders.
