Role Description The Sales Manager role at EB Food and Beverage is a full-time position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage and coach the sales team, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned territories and channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key accounts, negotiating contracts and pricing,



and ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, preparing reports and forecasts, and collaborating closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to meet business targets. The Sales Manager will also be accountable for implementing sales processes, maintaining compliance with company policies, and representing the brand at meetings, events, and customer visits.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the food and beverage or FMCG sector, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong skills in territory planning, account management, and business development, including the ability to identify and convert current opportunities.
