Role Description The Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ramagundam and Peddapalli. In this role, the team member will manage and grow customer relationships by understanding financial needs, recommending appropriate banking products,



and ensuring high service standards. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with account opening, deposits, loans, and digital banking solutions, as well as handling queries and resolving issues promptly. The Relationship Executive will work closely with branch teams to meet sales and service targets, support cross-selling initiatives, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations. The role also involves regular customer follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a positive branch workplace.
