We're looking for an Associate Manager – Business Development & Client Partnerships who can open doors, build relationships, understand briefs, and eventually own accounts with confidence.
What You'll Do
• Generate and nurture B2B leads across brands, agencies, startups, and enterprise clients.
• Reach out through LinkedIn, emails, calls, and networking to create new business opportunities.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable creative and marketing briefs.
• Work closely with the celebrity, influencer, creative,



and production teams to build compelling proposals.

• Participate in pitches, presentations, and strategy discussions.
• Build long-term relationships and transition seamlessly from business development to client servicing.
• Manage campaign communication, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across influencer marketing, celebrity partnerships, production, and AI-powered content solutions.
• Maintain sales pipelines, reports, and forecasting with high ownership.

You're Probably a Outstanding Fit If You
• Have 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, media, advertising, influencer marketing, or integrated marketing.

• Can confidently walk into a room and start a conversation.
• Love building relationships more than sending generic sales emails.
• Are equally comfortable discussing revenue targets and creative ideas.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skill
