About the role
We are hiring a paid media expert to own patient acquisition across Google and Meta for a portfolio of healthcare clients. You will plan, launch, and optimise campaigns, and you will measure success by what happens after the click: booked consultations, patients who show up, and treatment revenue.

What you will do
• Build media plans and budgets based on each client's services, catchment area, and patient economics
• Run and optimise Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube) and Meta Ads campaigns
• Set up and audit tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API
• Connect ad data with calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and CRM to track qualified leads and real patient conversions




• Review landing pages and recommend conversion improvements with our web team
• Keep campaigns compliant with Google and Meta healthcare policies and Indian regulations (Drugs and Magic Remedies Act, NMC guidelines, DPDP Act)
• Build clear reports and present performance and recommendations to clinic owners and doctors
What you bring
• 4–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• At least 2 years managing healthcare, pharma, wellness, or other regulated-category accounts
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong command of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
• A track record of lowering cost per qualified lead or cost per acquired customer, not just CPC
• Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
Valuable to have
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
• CRM or call-tracking integration experience (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared)
• International patient or medical tourism campaign
